Ciao!

We are もしもしsupplì (pronounced "Moshee moshee soupplee"), a company born in Fukuoka, Japan, that aims to support diversity, collaboration among people and improve society not only in Japan, but in the whole world.

This reflects in our name, a mix of Japanese hiragana and alphabet, and our main product, the もしもしsupplì's...supplì, which is a collaboration between Japanese rice and Italian products such as cheese or tomato.

One of the co-founders of もしもしsupplì is from the capital of Italy, Rome, and while when thinking of Italy everybody thinks about pizza and pasta, Italy has also a strong rice culture that can be found in the world famous Risotto dish and in products such as the supplì from Rome, a delicious deep-fried risotto ball.

Supplì is, without a doubt, loved and revered by all true Romans, and it is often paired with a glass of wine during Aperitivo (the Italian happy hour).

We invite you to enjoy supplì with your friends for home parties and other celebrations, pairing it with wine (however it does go amazingly also with beer, nihonshu and shochu!)
