A dish that goes beyond the "Porcini Mushrooms and Truffle" recipe.
With al dente cooked Japanese rice this exquisite fried risotto is made with porcini mushrooms and truffle olive oil, and is wrapped around a center of melted mozzarella cheese.
Each piece is carefully finished by hand.
Each supplì weighs about 90g, and is neither too small nor too big, making it just the right amount of filling.

How to eat Supplì:
1) While still frozen, add oil to a small pan and fry for 12 minutes.
2) Thaw in the refrigerator the day before and fry in oil for 6 minutes from refrigerated state.

Of course you have to try the delicious suppli (cacio e pepe was my favorite flavor) and pair it with a nice glass of wine - all while standing-up and having a series of insightful conversations.
